XPL 3000 will not update

Please help, I have an XPL 3000 that will not update, I tried resetting it back to factory, I setup network but still does not update ever.

 

BuzzTV XPL 3000

Android security patch stuck on Aug 1 2016 ver

Android 6.0.1

build V001s901_20190314

Kernl Ver 3.14.29 

 

I'm up in Canada is this blocking me ?

also is there a place i can download the files onto USB stick that is safe, so i can try this method.

I did factory reset of buzz tv and now it's not updating. It's version is 1.6 (162): 08/07/2018

Also "organize categories" option is also not available.

Ok so I have downloaded the file. I am new here so can you please let me know how to install the file?

install file onto usb stick ,insert into buzz and go to appinstaller in apps

Hi,

could you also send the update file to me?  I am also in Canada and update always fails for me.
My buzz tv version is also 1.6(1.6.2) Updated 08/07/2018.
