Have noticed the sound will be distorted at times, going up a channel and back will fix allaboutbuzz remember the sound loss it’s like that.. other then that great work on this firmware update ******can be that channel feed !! Others seem fine or it’s once awhile *****

Hold down the power button down scroll down to restart (twice if needed) I had the same on a box xr 4000

Buzz 3000 fine for sound also just the buzz4 app having problems other boxes tested no problems different brands some 6 years old to brand new no sound loss on that server we talking about

I tried everything it’s a buzz 4 app related! all xr 4000 xr 4500 testing all have the same problems loosing sound

Default player just loosing sound secondary player will lock up with the circle ️ 12 plus boxes all different ISP just weird lately been awesome this started 5 days ago

Anyone notice the sound loss lately on some severs using the buzz xr 4000 my other boxes not related to buzz are fine Freinds buzz xr 4000 same also

I have ordered a few remotes from amazon the newer ARQ-100 remotes the guide button the live tv Vod etc not working also in different locations like the older ARQ-100 remote there a software update coming on the newer remote?! thanks

I had boxes where it hit 9g out of 9.8G and the box starts to lock up i tried uninstalling the apps and the storage never moved I ended up do a factory reset just wondering because the apps show used space in MB’s

Ya correct why so much storage used up have not downloaded anything yet just few apps

Any updates on the newer ARQ-100 remote with the guide button not working it’s moved above the up arrow if you press menu scroll to EPG the guide pops up
