It there a way to slow down the cursor speed like the 4000 boxes

am willing to give a subscription to buzz tech engineers to test out and maybe make a file to correct this sound loss

Correct On different servers no problems am testing also I run the buzz 5 still problems yes I emailed the server people about this but on other band of boxes no problems also am testing on like 8 year old box non android!! Run with no problems just the buzz boxes !! the buzz 3000 no problems either

This server I use dropping sound on small micro glitch’s to get back you need to up or down a channel and back to reset wondering anyone else with this sound loss problem Buzz box 3000 fine ! Or other models E1 4000 4500 4900 have this problem on default player secondary player just locks up on this glitch thanks

Correct secondary player ok for sound but the pic will lock up on secondary am on default player it’s hit and Miss or really bad some days I know it’s the server end for glitches etc but the other brand no sound loss Thanks

Running the xr 4900 same sound lost !! Go up a channel and back then ok for a bit. Some days no problems other days it’s bad. Running a different brand of box and it’s 7 years old no problems on sound loss it the player, a bug of some sort

Mine doing the same again as well.. other boxes other then buzz fine.

I set mine up the same when not home hit record on the show in the guide shut the tv off box still on..

Set recording on the guide left on that channel box left in tv off recording for 51 seconds that it tested 4 times now server related?! 4500 doing the same as well 4500 recorded 2 weeks no problem ill test now on this new update see if a difference

The android stop message I did a force stop and worked

Cleaned cache on all apps seems fine now will let others in know !!

Tried that will see in an hour I don’t have the box yet other boxes. Had to factory reset

Just lately some boxes having this message ( app as stopped ) tired everything to restore end up doing a factory reset and reloaded the apps anyone experiencing this thanks

Same problem allaboutbuzz in the know hopefully the bug will be worked out soon have a feeling it’s the media player
