Like for example if a user change and unsupported resolution in windows ... I understand your point of view.
But try to understand mine, I am penalized for not being able to choose a complete color range because of the potential ignorance and incompetence of certain users... I don't think it's fair
but in another thread you said 70 year olds aren't technically inclined
now you say screw them because it affects you
pretty selfish if you ask me

you don't have it set to shutdown

If you want to develop the brand, your product must be able to be easily used by a seventy year old person who does not have technological knowledge
buzztv isn't a new product
I've been using them for 8 or 9 years
I had a formuler z8 that I had a hard time giving away ..lol
my mom is almost 90 and never bugs me how to use the box so it's obviously not hard to use

change powerkey option
-
you're the only one complaining it's not an option
it's labelled recently watched not what you want to watch next
everyone else uses favourites or search for that

sorry I did not see the answer from Emporium. It's a solution which works
But what do you think, it will not be a good option to have in recently watched bot "menus" ?
The list with season 1, season 2, etc and also the menu play, continue watching
but you haven't recently watched those episodes

my bt 400 controls the tv volume but not the box
I can reverse that so it controls box volume but not tv volume

Why I want to control volume on TV ? Because on some channels/movies with dolby sound the box does not allow you to control the volume ...
So you need to have the play with two remotes ... Really someting from the last century
how many volume up/down buttons does remote have?
on my bt-200/250 I have 2 sets

tv series/left arrow button
now you should see a list of categories
in my favourite category if I select deadliest catch I get thumbnails for every season
if I select a season I get thumbnails for every episode

sorry, but I think it's not normal to need to buy additional remote for this
even with boxes at 50-60 bucks you have these feature, I will not post brands here
sorry I don't consider normal to buy additional remote on 200$ boxe, when 50-60$ box do the trick
then use your tv remote to control tv volume
-
make the series a favourite if that's what you want to see
-
so do you want help or did you post your point of view

set your tv to about 60% volume
if you want to control both the tv and box volume get a bt-200 or bt-250 remote

I was told that there was a conflict between the 2 providers.
I changed the 2 last number so it's working.
do both have the same amount of channels?
-
turn force volume off
turn your speaker up to about 70% and box volume should control it

Hi, is there a way to adjust the speed of the mouse cursor and the sensitivity of the return button or the home button. My remote is so sensitive that sometime it goes back or froward two klicks when I press these buttons ?

I've never had to unplug to shut power off
I also don't use suspend because external drives will be constantly using power
