have you tried without entering credentials?

have you always used credentials for mac connection?

scroll to the bottom of any page and in the centre you will see theme with a down arrow click on that to change theme

it also appears when you press ok to show channel list or when you press guide button

if that doesn't fix it then it could be your speed,isp throttling or service is crap

primary is set as default so try backup

with bt 400 you can also control source for anything else you would need to contact samsung support

your service isn't disconnecting you from previous when you change channels it shouldn't take more than a few minutes

on xc api press menu/settings/account info how many max connections does it show?

one connection or two or more the price is the same for all services I use most xc api accounts are 2 connections for same price as 1 mac connection if using a buzz you use xc api so you can record/download while watching something else why pay a service that screws you?lol

why would anyone choose less connections?

until recently everyone in my house was only allowed to make a list on one device each now my list is on 4 active devices...lol

but no need to spoil it for everyone but it will make everyone happy the buzz team is always full of surprises
