why are you using the mouse? just go to server settings scroll and it will hilite the server you want to edit and press blue button it even shows you that at the bottom of the screen

sounds like a problem on service side you don't mention model used as well as firmware and software versions and posting latest update is installed is pointless

that's because if you use boot up to live tv it loads before the vpn connects
