  8. it doesn't matter reset only affects internal drive
  9. you can use the power button on the box for a hard reset

  15. if you have one button record turned off scroll to the bottom after pressing red button and save even edit time if you want before saving
  16. then you aren't recording are you pressing red button to record?

  19. catchup worx on mac went back over 7 hours as a test it's your service
  20. I'll have a trial account for mac set up on the service I use to determine if it's a buzztv or service issue
  21. have you always used a mac account?
  22. settings/configuration/stream format also are you using primary player? I have no issues using catchup but that relies on the server storing past programs
