go to storage select drive and format as external

but they're not using an external drive

did you try the other video player?

homescreen/settings/remotes and accessories if bt 100 is already listed unpair it then add accessory and while it's searching press ok and volume buttons down until it shows in list click on bt 100 to pair it whole process takes less than 10 seconds
