what is your speed at the box? I use analti to test which is available at app store (aptoide) if speeds are good then it's the service you use

many of us have been telling people to clear cache for over 5 years now when app is running sluggish I clear mine maybe twice a month on all boxes maybe buzz should make it so you can schedule when you want it done..lol

are you holding the ok and -volume buttons down while it scans?

go to storage select drive and format as external

but they're not using an external drive

did you try the other video player?

homescreen/settings/remotes and accessories if bt 100 is already listed unpair it then add accessory and while it's searching press ok and volume buttons down until it shows in list click on bt 100 to pair it whole process takes less than 10 seconds

so you set up a recording and don't use the box until it's over?

and what if it isn't? they still have picture issue

also how are you recording? are you recording one channel while watching another?

did you try other player?

have you tried a different hdmi cable or hdmi port?

I think it's mac that don't show it

epg offset is easy to figure out it shows you what timezone server is in under account info

you went to menu while in live tv?

go to menu/account info what time zone shows? then go to menu/configuration/epg time offset and match it

or the channel it wants to load is adult

in server settings did you go back to mac id?
