try reading this then I just picked up this box and changed my iptv services to this new box MACID and EPG doesn't show any info

press green button(sort) and pick user organized then press blue button(organize favourites) make your changes and exit voila you now have your own list

do you have bluetooth turned on?

I had to click back button and then try again it paired in seconds

also make sure server doesn't have isp locked

install analti and run a test when having an issue
