Thanks for the advice. I tried the suggestion but it did not work for me either. Hopefully there will be a fix with a new firmware update.

I have a new XRS4500. I have been trying to set the screen resolution to auto switch to best resolution. When I am in advanced settings-Display-screen resolution and I try to set the switch to auto the screen of the XRS goes blank and I have to turn the unit off and back on to get the picture back. When I check to see if the resolution is set to auto it is not. How do I do this?
