Macid is shown in the top right hand corner of server settings. The only way to get to the epg is by loading iptv info in server settings, where you will need the Macid to give to your iptv provider to get service. So something isn't here. You don't see the Mac ID but you see epg page.

OK, you said when I log into your service provider.... I assume you mean iptv service.... Then you turn on Vpn and get black screen and no video.....then you paused vpn and TV kicks in. First of all, always make sure vpn is connected before logging into TV service. Most importantly, some VPN locations/connections don't work with certain TV services. Try a different connection.... It can be within the same city/country, for instance if you choose New York which has tons of servers, try connecting to each one and connect to TV service to see if it works. When successful remember the server number you connected to so that going forward you won't have disconnected issues. Reminder: if you have VPN to autoconnect at startup..... and you put the buzz in standby or power off..... you won't get connection right away because in standby mode the buzz unit kills all apps...... and even though the unit is awake and has wifi connection the Nord app sometimes take a while to connect, sometimes you have to force stop app, sometimes that don't even work and you have rely on Devine intervention......... but if the buzz unit didn't kill the app in standby mode it would all be smooth sailing. Hope this helps. -

So now you have internet and ipiv providers who are presenting these issues to you. -
This only happened when coming out of standby, on two occasions it didn't connect at all.

But you have everyone confused. Then you say you have clients, they must feel the same way when you explain yourself. Just take your time and explain properly. There's no anger on this site.

Take it easy bro, it's been long but will be worth it. For every update Buzz does something amazing but they don't take this long. That should give you an idea that something truly special will be in this pending update. I'm really looking forward to seeing posts from members airing their satisfaction.

I actually got a trial from a guy with https and it didn't work. When I told him he had to do something on his end to make it work. I have no idea what he did but he asked if I was using a VPN, when I confirmed he tweaked something. But channel zapping was the fastest I've ever seen on a service. -

This is a wonderful idea, kids can have their own lists, grandpa and grandma as well.

The only issue I have and it's not a VPN issue....is that when you click power button to put device in standby mode it kills the app. You then have to either reconnect vpn or switch off/on wifi. Buzz units has always killed apps when you put the device in standby mode. If anyone has a way to avoid this kindly share

Ipvanish is okay, a little sluggish and it doesn't bypass ads on YouTube. Nordvpn is snappy and bypasses ads on YouTube.

How do you mean Bluetooth is disconnected and IR is only working? That doesn't sound right

Seems like he's on a channel that he might have mistakenly locked and obviously he can't navigate to a different category. Remember locked channels has its own category. Can you tell us what channel category you are in?

Remember there is issue with buzz not reading m3u file but I agree xc login option is better.

I did experience sound loss on the 4900 using wicked and I was watching a 24hr TV series channel. What happened was I changed the channel and went back to the previous and there was no sound. I clicked left arrow button to bring up sidebar and audio option said disabled. I had to wait a few hours for it to come back. I never reported it to wicked because I hardly watch the channel and it was no biggie. But I haven't experienced sound loss on regular channels on the 4900. Only the units using buzz tv4
