  2. I'm using XC Api and one button record is enabled. I'm running version 788 so yes I think I may have to factory reset unfortunately
  3. Hey guys, need some assistance from all. I tried to do a recording but when finished and go to PVR recording section the recorded time says 00:00:00. No recording done. Furthermore, on pressing record button the "rec" red icon doesn't appear in top right hand corner but when I go to epg and return the icon is there. By this time I've pressed the rec button a second time and the icon would appear in this instance too. I changed source of content and both players and I get the same result. Even on USB, memory card, internal storage. I cannoteven see previous recording on flash drive or memory card.
  4. No one said if their storage was full or what size they were using. Bear in mind folks that recordings have a maximum file size of about 4GB
  5. What I think you mean is to actually pause a live recording......... So as to eliminate advertisements in the recording...... So when you play back after the first half is over it continues to the second half seamlessly. I do not think Buzz units can do this. It is a very nice feature and I was able to this using a totally different setup a few years ago which I won't discuss here. But what I can say is that it would require buzz units to be dual tuner. Not sure if that makes sense because I'm speaking in terms of when we used to use satellite dishes for TV content.

    You said when you pause the VPN there is no buffering. Are you using the nordlynx protocol?
  8. I can't say the exact number as I'm not home but it's the latest version. Last one installed was 2 days ago. But it's been happening for a couple months now.
  9. I reported this weeks ago, it's a player issue. And it happens mostly on streams that have extremely high picture quality.
  10. Yes to your zone but from server zone and not GMT. If the server's zone is Los Angeles and your zone Eastern then set it to +3 or +4, whichever one you are located
  11. Make sure EPG offset, located in configuration, is set to the timezone of the server.

    Mine does this even though battery percentage is in the 60s but not too often. Like once in a blue moon

  14. Go to settings while in Buzz app, go to settings and configuration, scroll down to the bottom to stream format. Make sure it is set to TS. Try recording show using either player. Good luck!

  16. OK, it's the turning on of the box you need when tv is turned on. It's not working for me either. I know it used to work way back on the 3000 series but haven't used it since. Will play around with it some more and keep you posted.

    I didn't have any issues before the beta release. My channels streams have crisp picture, it doesn't say FHD for nothing . It's as clean as you can get. But let's hope all things are ironed out soon

    Mine don't freeze but it stutters/lag. It only happens on FHD channels. Check the info bar bottom right hand corner where it says HD FHD SD. What does yours say on the channels that freeze up?
  20. Your TV should also have the HDMI cec option. If it does you must enable it too. Hope it works for you

    Try secondary player see what happens but they've been some reports of this player behaving the same way.
  23. If your subscription supports more than one connection whether it's Mac or user/pass then it's ok to have both plugged in at the same time. Sorry for not explaining that better earlier. Hopefully issue will be sorted soon
  24. That will be fixed soon, I experienced this today about 3 times.
  25. When you try the 4900 do you have the 3900 device plugged out? You cannot use both at the same time on the same server
