Its to be used with a PC It allows you to grab any data that is on the Hard Drive you have installed on the box.

You have PM me before And we asked for your serial # instead of MAC I got no reply when I asked that question I don't understand what the issue is with providing the MAC or Serial # We only use it to identify the box on our side, so we can send it an OTA. This bug was fixed on V759 Sent just now.

We can randomly reproduce this issue if use VLC/Backup Player in VOD and Primary in Live TV, and switch from VOD to Live TV by pressing LIve TV Button on remote now trying to figure out why it happens and fix it

How do you switch to Live TV from VOD using Live TV button on remote or pressing back multiple times And which players are setup in Live and VOD
