The second picture shows that 5.0.653 is installed If you didnt get the update how did you get buzz 5 installed?

FYI problem solved. Turns out it was iptv provider problem. He reset my service , whatever that means.  I reset my modem at this end & issues disappeared.

Than Format it on the box as external storage
