There is no difference between the bt 300 and the bt 400 The update goes to the box not remote

The update with the remote control feature was sent to buzz 4500s that came with the bt300

The bt250 uses AA batteries so that should make a difference in battery life

You can get into server from live tv Buzz knows about the issue and it will be fixed in next firmware -
