Because you are using two streams if you watch a channel while recording That is why you can't watch another channel You can go and use an app netflix YouTube etc You havnt posted any info on how you set up recording

I know they said refresh but I do believe clearing epg is different

Have you cleared epg in menu? If no go pm allaboutbuzz with all your info

If subtitles are not embedded in the stream you won't get them period

Some users are having issues the majority of users have had no issues. Beta users still had to load the same firmware

Confirmed with head office....lol It was already posted there was no backlight Horrible decision? Do you know how much more it would have added to the price of a box? You can always get a remote with backlight if it's so desperately needed

How did you record?

Does it give you the correct amount of streams in account info? I only tested one button record
