What's up now? Can not load portal. Not supported. Is there a work around because I'm getting ready to pack this up for a return.

I've had this X5 connected for about 10 days now and I'm frustrated. I'm new to android tv boxes but I have over 5 yrs experience with several stock android tv boxes. i can not seem to get my iptv services working. Where is the MAC address I'm looking for? Certain downloads seem to be blocked and I reached out to tech support at BuzzTV 2 days ago and there's no reply. Can anybody help me?
