  3. If you remove all you won't have any categories which happened to a few users who then had to reset to view any categories If your server has the indian and pakistani categories listed properly they should not show if you hide them Mine dont

  10. No there is not a problem with the x5. Could be server/box conflict ,conflict with router etc.You might want to fo a hard reset if you havnt first Pm allaboutbuzz He might be able to give you an update

    My vpn can block internet if not active. You can install servers using your laptop or phone ,don't know about multiple services

    Backup and restore is already available on some boxes Which box do you have?

  18. Your guy can't reimage your box. It doesn't work that way. You should do a hard reset and if that doesn't work do some troubleshooting bad cable ,power supply etc Guide here

    Freezing problems

    its video player and you click on live tv after menu settings configand you have the option to change it Have you tested your service on another device?
  20. If your provider isn't answering and it just stopped working its quite possible a server issue and you are pulling out your hair for no reason
