laflores15 Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 Hi, my xrs4500 when pushing the power key button on the remote it will not suspend like it was before this is with the remote that came with the device as well as the one I purchased here the ARQ-100. I have tried rebooting changing the power key definition to shut down it does that, and it will restart with both remotes, I have unplugged it for a few minutes it has the same Issue not suspending.
