I have a couple Xrs4500 one of them is having all kinds of issues it keeps randomly shutting down and restarting and is running very slow I have had it for about 2 years it's been a great box. How do I reset it and start over new?

Okay on the Buzz Tv software I have two services and when I click Live tv on the remote it takes me to the guide but there is no guide just the wind on the upper right showing the current channel and a 0 in the bottom of the picture. I tried to change channels nothing I tried to change servers and it stays locked up on that service and channel, I have rebooted cleared cache and same thing.

XRS4500 does not show program guide just a small window with a "0" only can change channels no guide showing can anyone help with this thanks.

Hi, my xrs4500 when pushing the power key button on the remote it will not suspend like it was before this is with the remote that came with the device as well as the one I purchased here the ARQ-100. I have tried rebooting changing the power key definition to shut down it does that, and it will restart with both remotes, I have unplugged it for a few minutes it has the same Issue not suspending.

I have that remote with the air mouse that Buzztv sells everything was fine until the update.

reset the box as in complete reset erasing everything?

I have two XRS 4500 boxes one updated the other did Not, the box that did update will at times not shut off I turn the box off the blue light turns red then turns blue again it ran fine before any ideas on how to fix?
