You connected via WiFi or cable ? Like nbs mentioned, are you sure it is not your service ? Have you tried with another service or any public list ? When you say it freezes, have you tried hitting the HOME button on the remote a few times to go back to the main home screen ? Could be a strange stream that is freezing the media player. Have you tried switching media player (just in case - I do have some services that work better/quicker with one media player over the other ) ?
