So I was given a M3U and a EPG line by the provider I have entered

both and yes they are correct but yet the EPG isn't populating

on my Buzz TV XR 4000 now if I use Perfect Player on my Tablet using

the same information it works and I see the EPG but when

I use the same information on my Buzz TV XR 4000 box the EPG isn't

populating.   Again the line is correct I have checked it over and over

again the issue isn't with the line.

I believe that this is an issue with the BuzzTV Software.  Otherwise

why would the EPG work on Perfect Player on my Tablet and

it shows all the data.

The BuzzTV  XR 4000 box is running Firmware Version: V20201219

All I get for the EPG is "No Information" coming up the URL for the EPG is correct

but no EPG data is being displayed.. why? Please fix this!

Epg doesn’t populate in the buzz app until I land on a specific channel and then it will be visible on that channel but the remaining channels are still blank until i land on them. The epg will stay on the channels that I did land on.

how can we get the epg to prepopulate before I head to those channels?

I also noticed that the channel changes are slow and need to press ok a few times before it kicks in.

factory reset did not resolve the issue, a different provider was tried and same issue,.

the 3000 model works perfect.

What type of server are you using

MAC

XC Login 

M3u

Is it still off on that server because it’s still not working as of 7:36 pm eastern time.

i have tried the clear epg option as per dish user feedback , even tried changing the epg offset to a different time slot and still not populating.

 

I can only get it to populate on 1 channel on a time when I land on it.

it is working fine on my 4500

can't test the 4000 since it's mac only

Damn..

Can a server just fail on a certain type of box?

I loaded up a different manufactured box altogether and the guide loaded smoking fast.

i transferred my Mac to the non buzz box and bingo guide working amazingly but everything else is garbage on that non buzz box.

i hope it’s not my buzz box . 
 

I’m wondering if I should bring it in to worldwide satellites in Mississauga to get it replaced.

If so, this will be the third box out of so many that I picked up that may have an issue.

the other 2 boxes had a wifi dropping problem but they swapped them out for me and the new ones are running perfect and I haven’t heard from my end users about anymore issues

 I am not PMing anyone they need to put a patch out to fix the issue.

This needs to be immediately patched and fixed.

Also the issue with the Blue tooth has stopped responding

is also not fixed which they claim they fixed in the last patch

as well.   Neither issue is resolved.

They have issues tickets were opened about both.  But the issue isn't fixed.
