BobJones Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 I had the same issue launcher stopped and after trying almost everything short of a hard reset just pushing the live tv button on the remote got the launcher back working. Hope this helps Quote

PeggyR Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 I have the same “launcher keeps stopping”. I am unable to get to home page or anywhere other than: app info, server settings or menu. Menu offers me no options to get to home or utilities. Frustrating indeed. ANY IDEAS ANYONE? Quote

Not sure if all this bumping around changed the MAC address on the 4000 but gave what appears to be a new one to by service. Will see if it works. Thanks for your help which I did try. Quote

The Server ID # listed in Server Settings The last 6 digits matches the same last 6 digits of the MAC address found on the bottom of your unit. Quote

Setup stops at Checking for updates, Goes to 1%, restarts and get stuck in Checking for updates, please wait.. with no progress. Anyway to skip it or try a different way to update ? Tried hard shutdown but still back to the same screen. Quote
