I have an XR4500, and for the past 5 days I've been having issues with my Server line, where it hangs at either Checking portal, or if it makes it past that, at Loading channel list.  I've been in contact with the provider support, but am going nowhere fast.  I can open up the portal in a browser from my network with no issues.  I've also verified that I have the latest device firmware, and app software.  I am connected via ethernet directly to my modem, but it makes no difference if I try switching to WiFi.

Anyone have any ideas?

Is there a limit to how many channels and VOD items the XR4500 can handle?
