Needs to Reboot each time it is turned off

Good morning,

Each time I shut the XRS4500 off for the night I need to reboot (unplug) to get up & running, if I don't the indicator just keeps spinning. Am missing a setting somewhere?

What are your start up settings?

Power options is set to default

It is set at default

Go to menu configuration and turn start on boot off 

It should then take you to home page on start up then you go select live tv

I tried what you suggested, turned start on boot off,  it did not go to home page, it went to the last channel and icon just spins. I checked & it is connected to my ethernet.

By the indicator spinning
Am assuming you mean the loading circle in the middle of the screen?

 

If so, have you tried just changing the channel when you see this?

As it usually means the channel is down when you see that indicator spinning.
