How to block pron channels?

If I sort the guide by adulkt the password box comes up but if I just enter the channel number it is not blocked. Tried the Yellow button and the green button and nothing happend. It is a X5 128 AI box. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.

I went to the porn section using the sort feature and the passwod box came up but I did not enter a password I just canccelled it. Did a sort all channels and wne to the channel by entering the channel number and no password required and the sme things happened to a frien that has the same box. I have a note into Buzz support and hope to get a reply today.  Buzz 5 version is 5.0.775 Updated 10/10/2002

I just replicated something similar on my E2.  

If I try going through selecting the channel directly from the Adult category, it will ask for the PIN (I ignore it and don't enter a PIN).

Then if I go to ALL CHANNELS, and scroll all the way to the adult channels, and select one, it does not ask for a PIN.  It plays normally.  I tried going to a few different ones and no issue playing them.   

Tried going back to the Adult category, and if I select a channel there, it asks me for a PIN again.  

And the odd part, is typically adult category channels (when using PIN), do NOT show up in your "last channel list".   But when you select them through the "all channels" category, all the adult channels you change to are in the "last channel" list, and can be selected (with no PIN requirement).

However, unlike Redbaron's case, if I enter the channel number directly, it will ask me for a PIN.

I'll check my X5 shortly.  Time to change a few channels to get rid of the channels from my last channel history

That's because some portals/servers don't have adult flags on separate channels, only on categories.

So when you scroll to an adult category and try to open it the app sees that flag and asks for a password.


However when you just open All Channels category the app shows full channel list, and channels there don't have that flag so the app doesn't know whether to ask for a password or not.

oh and here is a funny story, when I was a kid, my friends younger brother did not know how to say "porno" so he would say "pornol" instead and he found a video tape in his parents bedroom and brought it to school and gave it to his school friend to borrow and after that he was  always known as the "pornol guy" at school, lol
