After numerous tests and logs, this is what has been determined as the root cause Now we will be working on fixing it.
Kerruptor
Is there any update on when this will be fixed. Having to unplug the XRS4000 after every use is really a pain. It worked fine before the June update. Would be nice to see it fixed .... just saying.
nbs.
Are you sure you cant shutdown by setting in to standby and just hitting power button once quickly? Edited September 15, 2020 by nbs.

We have been testing a solution for a week now Once it passes internal testing, we will release it to Beta So far it hasn't failed internal testing.

Is this going to be fixed anytime soon? So frustrating to have to keep unplugging the box since the June update. How do you get the beta version? I'd be willing to try it. I would think Buzz would want to repair this before people start considering alternative boxes. I was pleased with my first Buzz box XPL3000 so I bought the XRS4000 but I think I'd have to reconsider getting any other Buzz products due to this issue. We've been told the fix will be released long ago and 5 months have transpired since the last update. I hate complaining but this is a real annoyance.
