After numerous tests and logs, this is what has been determined as the root cause Now we will be working on fixing it. 1 Quote

We have been testing a solution for a week now Once it passes internal testing, we will release it to Beta So far it hasn't failed internal testing. 1 Quote

I would think Buzz would want to repair this before people start considering alternative boxes. I was pleased with my first Buzz box XPL3000 so I bought the XRS4000 but I think I'd have to reconsider getting any other Buzz products due to this issue. We've been told the fix will be released long ago and 5 months have transpired since the last update. I hate complaining but this is a real annoyance. 1 Quote
