Backing up your server settings and your favorites makes sense.  But backing up the EPG is completely nonsense.   You restore your server settings, and your favorites and as soon as you connect to your service it will download the latest EPG automatically.  And EPG is dynamic and will change daily (if not every few hours, depending on the service).

Backing up is an upcoming feature on the new Android 11 devices.  When it comes, we will see what can or can't be backed up.

buzztv app already does that

my favourites are already loaded once connected to server along with epg

why mess with something that isn't broken?

yes on both, i  was trying  it right now on both settings and it froze, buzz tv 5 restart it by itself.

When you switch them. You need to reload the server to have them switch to the stream type you selected.

How do you reload the server? By hitting refresh? Cause I did that.
