Now you are saying you got a 4000 update How do you know its a 4000 update? Please take your time and post all your info go to server settings ,hit menu and post version number at bottom Quote

Is there an error message you get when trying to connect? And MAC address dont work on smarters app So you must be trying to use Username/Password on the Mac/Server Line of the Buzz app. If you use the same URL and Username/Password from Smarters app and set it up as a Streaming Line on the Buzz app, am sure it will work. 1 Quote

If you're on 4.0.474, then you must be on Beta List, which the issue you describe was found in that version of Beta Quote
