UHD Chanel not working on Buzztv 5

Hello, 

I have buzztv xrs 4900, UHD Channels not working on Buzztv 5, only HD channels working 

Watching UHD channels the picture suddenly stops or runs slower
What is causing this problem? And how can I solve it?

they are working fine for me on many servers. try to switch player and see if that helps. it might be server related.

I have in configuration settings only secondary or default, with secondary working UHD Channels, but audio of HD channels not working

What do the audio settings say ?

It shows you have another option to change it to

when I choose the other option come "stream error"
