XRS4500 audio and video on recordings not synchronized

When you say you software is up to date, is it latest beta, or latest public release ?  From Menu, on the bottom, what version of software are you running ?

Also, as nbs has posted in order threads, this might help for users running buzz 5 and android 9


I typically record on my 4900, and haven't done much recording on my 4500, but when I had tried it in the past it was perfectly fine.  Are you recording to an external USB drive ?  If you are, just for a test, can you change the destination to the internal storage and try a small recording to that ?
