XRS 4900 is not holding last channels

Hi ,I have noticed that my xrs 4900 is not holding last channel list.

Before use to store up to 12 channels ,that way you make a list and make easy to go back to the channels that you like to watch ,just holding LAST key for 3 seconds 

I am with software :5.0.747

For me that feature ,is great of my xrs 4900

now I will be missing it, if not fixed

maybe your provider moved.added or deleted channels

and by the way it stores the last 20 channels

I have no issues with last channels and I messaged 4 users and their boxes work as intended

yep I agree  with you ,always sent you to the channel that you were watching.

what I meant is that now doesn't keep the history of the last 12 channels that ,I was watching

if it only stores last 12 then you have a problem

it stores last 20 using same version as you

me too

and it showed the last 20 I viewed and I could select any one of them and they played
