Re-pair USB dongle to ARQ100 remote

1. Press OK+VOD for 3s till LED light up

2. RCU enters Pairing Mode, keep the distance between the RCU and the USB dongle within 30cm,
3. insert the USB dongle into the device,

4. LED flash 3 times then turn off, means pairing succeed.

The pairing mode will only last for 30s, please finish all the steps within the time limitation.

I bought the new ARQ 100 in August. The buttons were changed a bit and it doesn't pair with the XR4500. I as told that this is the latest version of the remote and will be fixed soon. Does anyone know when, or if the update has been done yet?

Thanks, I have tried that. It doesn't work.

I was told by the seller that the supplier has said that the issue is a result of a brand new remote configuration that was only released within the last few weeks, and they plan to map out the new keyboard on it. I was told it should have been done by now but it hasn't.

Any updates on the newer ARQ-100 remote with the guide button not working

This didn’t work for me I tried a few times

My arq100 remote turns my andriod box on and off but I can't reboot it, nor does any of the button functions, despite the TV buttton flashing when I click any button. Any suggestions? Ive tried the OK+VOD button many times but no luck.

did you try what is posted in the manual?

Yes ive tried the manual steps...esp the OK+VOD 3s hold...

Is there other special combo that reconfigs the remote buttons to work again? Again, all I can do is turn on and off.

the manual doesn't show anything about ok+vod buttons

I am assuming you tried replacing with a GOOD set of batteries ?  As the batteries get weak on these remotes, they can start to not respond to some features.
