Yes ive tried the manual steps...esp the OK+VOD 3s hold... Is there other special combo that reconfigs the remote buttons to work again? Again, all I can do is turn on and off.

My arq100 remote turns my andriod box on and off but I can't reboot it, nor does any of the button functions, despite the TV buttton flashing when I click any button. Any suggestions? Ive tried the OK+VOD button many times but no luck.
