G2P Posted March 10, 2022 Posted March 10, 2022 Hi On my XRS4000 Buzz5 Beta keep crashing while keep changing channels (works fine when you change slowly) Quote
Poison Aid Posted October 13, 2022 Posted October 13, 2022 Same here, i renewed my service and i did a full factory restore. Still having the same damn problem on my XR-4000. Was working perfectly fine 3 months back but now it keep either lagging on channels or the BUZZ TV app simply now crashes. Freaking i have to restart the damn box like 6-10 times every single day Quote
Emporium Posted October 13, 2022 Posted October 13, 2022 Have you tried selecting the other video player (if you have primary selected for live TV, switch to backup, or vice versa) and see if it is any better. Quote

Poison Aid Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 (edited) I have the Notification Tab (on-display) so i can close any extra background running apps. And Clearing the Cache is not needed when i just did a whole factory reset. It deleted all the content and i did the setup and activated my service (renewed) No matter how many times i restart the box (even unplug power cord). Channels or VOD keeps freezing , or some times the BUZZ TV app crashes all by itself. I have tested Primary and Backup Player Decoders for LiveTV & VOD. The recent update *.775. The backup decoders are not working so i have to switch back to Primary player Getting super frustrated now. Edited October 14, 2022 by Poison Aid Quote
