XRS4500 running Buzztv App5

Hello I have a BuzzTV XRS4500 with 4gigs of ram, running android security patch from September 5, 2020 Kernel 4.9.113, build V20220106.20220106 test keys and android 9

I am also running the buzztv app 5.

 

This is the issue I am having:

I will be watching a program and the buzztv 5 app will restart itself

 

I currently have 2 IPTV providers 1 uses the MAC Address and the other uses Xtreme Codes Login in, I am having the same issue with both

 

Do you have any suggestion on how to resolve this

You could try clearing data in the app You will have to reinstall your server settings 

If that doesn't work do a reset

I initially tried clearing the data but that did not help, then I did a hard reset and I'm  still have the same issue 

any other suggestions?

So you have done a pin reset?

YES... I used a pin and wiped the data to do a factory reset

try one server at a time and see which one is causing you issue.

what I mean try one server for few days and if works fine then add second and see which one is causing issue.

Thank you for the suggestion, I have tried that and it happens to both servers, I tried each one for a week at a time

maybe pm allaboutbuzz He might be able to look at your crash logs and figure out why
