Buzztv Vidstick Max

My mouse does not work…just creeps along not float as it should. Why? Tried update and type in 2012 as well. Bluetooth is on and I have to use it because the stick is in the back of the tv. Please help anyone.

its 2015 not 2012 Doesnt matter if your stick is behind tv Plug in your ir extender so your remote can see it

you can change mouse speed

settings/device preferences/keyboard & autofill

Thank you for mouse up date. I set the mouse to max speed. Works great. I had hoped for a floating mouse like my Mygica but this will do. How do I get Buzztv 5 beta update? I saw the download but how do I get it on my Buzztv stick max? Thanks.

if you want a floating mouse get the arq-100 remote

A few days ago my buzz tv vidstick automatically updated and now it doesn't even turn on. Nothing comes up the screen is just blank.

try to reseat hdmi cable or take out stick from tv and reinsert or try different hdmi port and see if thet helps.

how are you providing power to your stick? try usb  if you are not using or if you are using usb then try direct from wall.

do you even feel click when you press? keep holding until you see the recovery screen.

Yes I felt the click but it didn't work when I pushed the button.
