Recently watched channels

When I first started to check the channels of the server I installed, I only watched a few channels. Now I have a blue box at the left bottom the states Recently watched, every time I go to guide it now only lets me scan thru a few channels. How do I clear recent channels and go back accessing all the available channels? I cannot find anything in the settings to clear recent watched in the P6.

I have no idea about the blue box But to clear history Push and hold the button below the home button then pess the yellow button

Can you give us a summary ?  For the benefit of anyone else who may eventually have an issue similar to what you described
