Portal not supported

Hi

I Haven’t used my xrs4900 for a while but just recently used it again. It updated the iptv app and I got the error portal not supported? Tivimate works perfect I also tried another provider and got the same message.

any help on this?

using Mac or xc api?

check to make sure there's no typo error in username/password.

also try url with /c or without /c

The /c doesn’t change the error. My details where working fine until the update to 5.0.956

I see a new updated has dropped. Looks like it fixed the issue.

The forum is to get help but there are  certain issues which buzz have to fix
