BuzzTV 6 Streaming App quits

Hello, my Buzz TV 6 app closes or times out.  I cannot find any settings within the app that controls this. I did turnoff the BuzzTV PS 6 power features and screensavers. The box does not shutdown, there are no app error messages.  The stream simply halts and then I'm back to the default desktop looking at my app icons. When I click the remote's white Buzz button (above the navigation circle) it immediately begins streaming the live tv channel that I was previously viewing. Suggestions?  Thanks!

using Mac or xc api option? try to clear cache or switch media player. looks like server related issue. I know few servers if channel don't stream for few it will crash the app.

Do you have auto shutdown set to never?

I looked at Auto Shut Off in the app, but that's for how long the box will stay on without user input. My box doesn't shutoff. The streaming app shuts down.
