VOD shows the categories but they are all empty same with tv series live tv works?

I just got the buzztv classic anniversary edition      got my live tv working but when I go to tv series or VOD   the categories are there   ie   All    English  etc   but none of them have anything in them   cant get to any VOD or TV Series 

things Ive already tried:   rebooting router and box (waited for 30 seconds  plugged back in)  deleted portal and reset it up    changed the player (but with nothin to play not sure thats the problem and it didnt work)  updated box and app    Ive gone through all settings  do not see one to sync data or setup vod/tv series 

 

it seems when I connect to portal it loads channels but doesnt load any of the VOD or TV Series??  

 

running V20250412 for firmware     iptv version 5.0.956

 

do I need to factory reset and not install the updates to firmware  or is there a firmware patch that can fix this??    Any help or advice is appreciated!!!

thats server issue. contact your service provider.

Have you tried with any other app or device, just to ensure it is not an issue on your service side ?

I have a mag254 box that shows all the VOD and TV series shows  but some it doesnt play     also contacted my provider he said to change the player  which I already tried    hard to be the player when theres literally nothing there to play

from home screen go to settings, apps, in recently opened apps click on buzztv 5, and clear data. now wait couple of minute and go to servers and add server again and see if that helps. 

also your iptv version is correct 5.0.956?

I don't have anniversary edition but non of my devices have .956 so not sure but try what I suggested and see if that helps.
