**NEW MULTI-SERVER FEATURE**

- Added *New Feature* Multi Server Connection Support, You can now be connected to multiple servers at the same time. You will need to connect to each server individually after the update. Then they will all automatically connect moving forward. You can turn off Auto Connect for each server by editing it.
- Added *New Feature* Multi Server Support to all Menus that require it
- Added *New Feature* Multi Server Support to PVR
- Added *New Feature* Radio API to MAC and XC Login
- Added Color Button Options to bottom bar in Search
- Added Stream Data info to VOD/TV Series

Update has been sent to All P6s as an App Update, not Firmware
To Receive the Update, just Press the Home Button on the Remote and wait 60 seconds it should appear
Or it will appear automatically for all users.

tried all update procedures, nothing. Usualy it updates perfectly. I'm hoping I don't have to reset.

OK.. Try this and see if it helps..

From home screen, go top to setting (Gear Icon)->Apps->See all apps, then Scroll down and see if you have "BuzzTV OTA".  If you don't, scroll further down and select "Show system apps", and scroll down to find it.  Not the "BuzzTV BT350 OTA" one.

So one you find "BuzzTV OTA", select it, and then go down and select "Clear Data".  Now get out, and go back to home screen and reboot the box, and see if when you boot it, and go into LiveTV and select the usual menu/settings/check updates as mentioned above, it if helps.  If not, send them an email like DU mentioned.
