Problem downloading movies on P6

When streaming movies on my P6 the movie won't download. I have tried this on several different apps including 3rd party apps and apps within Kod, the result is the same...the movie will not download. As I am trying different apps and the result is the same, I'm thinking it's a device issue? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I just used BuzzTV 5 and downloaded a movie and worked without a hitch.  

Also used BeeTV which I have installed and configured it to download using Advanced Download Manager, and I downloaded another movie without an issue also.  This one download nice and fast, since ADM split it into 4 threads so took about 4 minutes to download.

BuzzTV is set to download to internal storage.  And I have ADM set to download to my installed Nvme SSD drive.

Keep in mind that this box runs on AndroidTV 13.  So your apps need to be AndroidTV 13 compatible.  

BuzzTV 6 does not have download option yet, it is in the plans as far as I know.
