Emporium Posted October 8, 2025 Posted October 8, 2025 Can you post more details ? What specific X5 model do you have (there are a few different models). What firmware and software version are you presently running (because the X5 has no gotten an update in quite a while - ) ? Have you tried changing the player, just as a test (from menu->settings->configuration there should be an option on the top to change player). So all the channels numbers and EPG show up, but stream is black ? Just curious, do you have a VPN available ? If so, try installing and using VPN. Many ISP are now blocking certain destinations during some times of the day and VPN is the only option in many cases. 1 Quote

Jrf Posted October 12, 2025 Author Posted October 12, 2025 Got it figured out. Thanks for all the help. I eventually troubleshot it to the Ethernet coming off my mesh wifi system. Weird that it only affected my IPTV but other streaming apps worked. 2 Quote
