streaming issues

keep getting "unknown stream error" when trying to watch certain programs........... some episodes of a series will run then others don't

have tried to reset and update without any success, very irritating....

Does it work with external player?

What model buzz ?

You didn't mention model so if vlc is not installed you can go to aptoid market and install vlc

If it doesn't work using vlc either it's an issue with your provider not the box
