Primary Player Freezes

Hello I noticed if I use the Primary player setting on the buzz tv classic box it tends to freeze more than Backup player... with backup player selected I cannot pause tv which is annoying.... Suggestions?

How would I go about doing that? AliExpress where I bought it from only offered it in that format. Plus it comes with all the guide data, VOD, etc...

If you go to menu->settings->configuration (where you change the player options), and you scroll down, do you have an option for "Stream format" ?  If so, experiment by changing that option.
