stevestad
Can anyone suggest ideas on a problem I have. Using xrs4500 TV4 with nov update. Hard wired. All worked fine until the last couple of days. Now Live TV is fine, but VOD is constantly crashing. An hour show might go down 3 times. Then I restart the episode & it is good until the next crash. When than happens a brief message comes on screen saying 2.4 Hz, or occasionally 5.9Hz. Buzz settings have autoframe rate set for auto. nbs.
Could be a server issue Try vod using an app and see if any issues
stevestad
Sorry don't understand. As I can watch you tube on Buzz with no problems, does that indicate server? What app could I use for to see iptv vod without Buzz - or do I just call server pple
nbs.
No ,youtube has nothing to do with your service You could install an app like stbemu and set up your service on that app If vod has issues on stbemu its your service You could call your service people but they dint always tell the truth Edited January 10, 2022 by nbs. stevestad
FYI problem solved. Turns out it was iptv provider problem. He reset my service , whatever that means. I reset my modem at this end & issues disappeared.
