What causes buzztv6 app to crash (freeze) the entire OS when scrolling thru channels? Nothing works. except full restart.

Any ideas. Needs to be looked after and possible fw update.

Great amount of info....  No clue what version of firmware or app you are running.   

Is it first time it happens ?  Is it something that you can reproduce ?  If so, send the details to allaboutbuzz.

I have not had it freeze on me once.  So unless it can be reproduced, it will be hard to correct.
